ePass During CORONA lockdown

For Applicant of ePass
For applying ePass click the Link http:164.100.68.164/upepass2.
Click on Apply ePass from the menu bar.
Register your Mobile no. and then fill the OTP received on that mobile no.
One Form will appear and fill the details related to ePass generation.
Submit the form.
After all these steps your request will be sent to Issuing authority, after approval, you will receive the intimation of your application status(Approve/ Reject).

For Issuing authority of ePass
For Issuing ePass click the Link http:164.100.68.164/upepass2.
Click on Login from the menu bar.
One form will appear in which select Issuing authority, District, User. And fill Password and Captcha.
After Login Update the profile(name, email, and signature). This is to be done once only.
After that Click on Inbox(All Application) from the menu bar.
A window will appear in which you can see all the applications.
You can then Approve/ Reject the application.
